I created a custom Co-Founder GPT for attendees of my AI masterclass as the Social Summit, but the response was so bloody lovely that I've decided to make it available to you sweet solo co angels as well.

The changing state of influence.

We're sick of being sold to. Audiences are tuning out mass-market influencer content, and brands are (finally) catching on. The shift: partnering with smaller creators (I'm talking micro and nano at most) who can deliver depth and trust over mass-market reach. 

It's basically substance, story, and niche authority (all things that establish trust) > follower count (losing its weight).

How to position yourself to stand out right now:

  • Have a clear POV — audiences (and brands) trust strong opinions, not vanilla takes.

  • Niche down — speak directly to your micro-community. That’s where trust is deepest.

  • Show receipts — depth = proof of results, insights, or storytelling, not just aesthetics.

If you’re a brand, the takeaway is simple: chase resonance, not vanity metrics.


2. Smarter selling = subtle selling.

This creator nails it here : the smartest influencers aren’t blasting their audience with “buy now” — they’re weaving offers into stories, conversations, and context.

 For brands, it means choosing creators who connect first, convert second. For creators, it’s a reminder: make the sale a natural extension of the story you’re telling.
